General Secretary cum Accountant
A father of two children, a loving husband, a caring brother and a loyal friend. After his graduation, he has served in TCV Gopalpur as an English teacher and currently a headmaster of Sera Jey secondary school. He has been the backbone of all documentation and correspondence of the organization.
He loves going for a long bike ride and spending time with his friends which seems regenerate energy in him as he makes sure to organize a party with his friends once a month. At his 40th birthday, he turned to vegetarian to save cruelty and lives of innocent animals.
Ecological and Farming Coordinator
Namgyal Tsering alias Norchugma is a farmer by profession. We call him 'Organic' for being pure and natural! Born and brought up in Purang Camp, located near Gulladhalla. A former agriculture officer at Lugsam Tibetan Settlement Office, Bylakuppe and an organic farming manager at Karma Kagyue Monastery.
He has been farming for over 3 decades. He cultivates maize, cow-peas and bananas. He owns a bore well pump in his field and irrigates the crops whenever there is shortage of rain. Namgyal raises cattle to make manure for his farms. A simple man but very diligent for his livelihood. Any queries related to agriculture, he is the right man to get hold of.

Lhakpa is a certified Para vet with Worldwide Veterinary Services (WVS). He is a resident of TDL Camp no. 10, Post Bylakuppe, Mysore Distt.
A former staff member at Vets Beyond Borders (VBB). As a part of work, he goes around the streets and treats the stray dogs. Over 10 years of experience in dealing with the four-legged animals.
